Here at The Duke's Head, we have a few of our students heading back off to Uni and are looking for both full-time and flexible part-time bar staff/waiters.We have hours to suit everyone from a gap year student through to a Mum looking for some grown-up time during school hours.
Preferably you will have some experience, but we are just as happy to train you from scratch. From the best Sunday roast (£13) in Essex to local game cooked to perfection, oysters, terrines, hot pots, shellfish and fresh seafood come at great value and all with a subtle but ingenious twist from Chef Proprietor Justin Flodman, who honed his career in the kitchens of culinary heavyweight Marco Pierre White.
